3D printed hard case for Fairphone 2

I made my new phone a case, using our 3D printer.

Source code for the case is here:

Thanks to [personal profile] ceb for the multi-print-job technique for multiple colours, which I used for the notification LED window.

So, these *.scad file things look like a kind of PostScript for 3D? I need to fabricate a small simple object that I could describe geometrically so perhaps this is the way to go, probably there are places that will affordably take the resulting file submission and send me a Thing accordingly. It's not like I trust myself with a whittling knife. Thank you for sharing your code, it's an encouraging example.

Thank you. It sounds like I should moderate my expectations! Fortuantely I'd like to think that the thing I need is fairly simple.

Huh, there are other maps of maker spaces with a different set ... Looks like there's one in Perth too. http://perthshirecreates.co.uk/maker_space/

Er, wow. One ten minutes' walk from my office, the other at my favored library branch. Maybe my reward for living for a year in a city named Providence.
